Epic Smackdown! Fmr. lumberjack, Republican Rep. Sean Duff gives hyper-leftist MSNBC reporter Andrea Mitchell the ultimate body blow

Absolute Required Viewing! No, ifs, ands or butts

From Eric Dondero:

It's making its way around the right blogs this morning. And for good reason. Mitchell at first attempted to portray House Republicans as uncompromising.  But she is hammered at every turn. Duffy smartly and articulately throws back at her, every single one of her arguments.

Watch especially at the 1.40 mark where she tries to trump Duffy, accusing him of getting gold-plated congressional health care for he and his family, thereby avoiding ObamaCare.

There's only one problem. Duffy has chosen to put his family on ObamaCare just like his constituents in his northwestern Wisconsin district.

Ouch! Smack down!!

Editor's note - For the record, we here at LR were pro-Sean Duffy long before being a Duffy-ite was cool. In fact, I seem to remember us catching a little flack from some diehard Libertarian Party types, (or may have been some Ron Paulists), who accused Duffy of being a "typical Republican sell out." As is the case most times these days, we LR-ers ONCE AGAIN, get the last laugh.

Note - Sean, a former lumberjack, and his wife Rachel were reality TV stars in the early 2000s on Real World. Sean went on to become a local District Attorney and was elected to congress in 2010. They have 5 adopted children.

Leftist dolt with mouth open and speechless. I love it. Filthy animal.

Exactly. Points out which side is truly the unreasonable one.

Gotta do your homework Andrea. Good to see a republican that's not a hypocrite. Looks like he's accepted Obamacare also. Too bad more republicans don't share this guy's intellectual integrity.

Refreshing isn't it. If enough guys and gals like Duff emerge in the Repub. party I might consider rejoining the party and getting active again.

Being a truly independent libertarian and fiscal conservatve is a lonely place to be at times.

I remember the good old days when Mitchell was a reporter and not an advocate.

PRICELESS! This should go viral. And why isn't Obama and the rest of Congress on Obamacare? The perfect question.
