Confirmed: D.C. Naval Yard shooter was on the government dole

From Eric Dondero:

As is typical, we have to get a more complete story from the UK press.

From the UKTelegraph, "Revealed: Washington navy yard gunman Aaron Alexis 'obsessed with violent video games'":
But he did not believe Alexis had a grudge against the government. Mr Suthamtewakul said he saw mail that indicated Alexis was receiving regular cheques from the government for "some problem with his feet."
It was also revealed late last night by various media, that Alexis had been attending college, doing on-line courses at Embry-Riddle University, with campuses in Texas and Florida, which could very well indicate that he was receiving some sort of taxpayer-subsidized student loans or grants.

And a friend of Alexis, who is the wife of his best friend from the Thai resident where he worked, was interviewed by CNN's Anderson Cooper late last night and said the following:
I just know there was some issues with him not getting all of his government benefits...
(2.20 mark.) She also comes in at the 50 second mark of the video above.

I think this operation was done by the government to try to steer the national conversation back to a gun ban.

And there it is, within hours of the event. The bodies weren't even cold.

No. I think the operation was done by a crazed black dude, angry at "da white man" over Trayvon verdict, and not receiving enough government goodies.

He wanted more hand-outs and felt entitled.

So what. Obama has his whole family on gov't benefits and did he ever go on some rampage killin' people?

Ex-Dissident said...

About that rampage...Do you have any proof that Obama was in Benghazi last year? No you don't.

Eric Dondero said...

No, Obama's more concerned about bigger killings, like killing the United States of America.

"So what. Obama has his whole family on gov't benefits and did he ever go on some rampage killin' people?"--Ask the innocents that have been killed by drones in the Middle East if he's been on a killing rampage.

Things are always clear, cut, and simple to simpletons.

Complex issues can always be boiled down to fit THE DONDERO template... ethnicity (Arab or Persian Muslim), race (black), politics (welfare democrats), or some other bogeyman created by those frightened by changing demographic and social norms in
America. So this kind of post is natural for them. It allows them to maintain the illusion of the simple reality they long for.

Sometimes I lose track of just how stupid and crazy Eric is and I try to present facts to him as though he were rational and reasonable. I apologize for making that mistake.

Au contraire Mr. Les.

This is like made-to-order for Dondero and Dondero-ism. I didn't have to struggle to twist this one at all.

THE GUY'S A FUCKING MOOCHER. And a US Navy drop-out to boot. Working occasionally at paying jobs. Attending some diploma mill college on-line. Getting government subsidies.

Bet he wouldn't have had any time to go on a shooting rampage if he was working 10 hours a day at a real fucking job, and not being a lifetime "college student" at fucking 34!!!

My aim in life Jimmy is not to be rational.

Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice...

I'm irrationally, fucking insane crazy even, when it comes to defending my country, and to defending liberty, and the original vision of this country by our Founding Fathers.

Paul Revere, Jefferson, Madison and certainly Sam Adams were anything but "rational."

Just because you have shunned all education since you dropped out of high school, doesn't mean that its normal to stop learning at the age of 16.

jimmyjones5 said...

The four people you mentioned were rational. You are a complete whack-job.

Eric Dondero said...

Dude, I graduated from Florida State University in 1990, 3.44 GPA, major politics, minor economics and Spanish.

I speak a dozen languages, 5 fluently. I don't believe I've "given up education" since I got out of high school.

Oh, and I'm a certified ESL Instructor.

Your delusions run deep. Why not just imagine that you're Napoleon?

Eric,
Why are you trying to find a rationale for what this animal did? He was crazy as shit. It's a matter of record. He should've been committed just as that Sandy Hook kid should've been. That's the real issue.

The real issue should be, how in the Hell did he get a security clearance? The government wants to take guns from law abiding citizens while it sends guns to the Muslim Brotherhood, got Fast & Furious sending guns to Mexican drug cartels, and fails to take the guns from criminals. The government failed to pay attention to the jihadist blogs of the Ft. Hood Shooter and continued to have him counseling soldiers returning from the Middle East until he waged his jihad, and now they blew off police when notified that this man had a history of misuse of firearms and had been the subject of numerous police contacts. The government will protect us. What a joke.
