How many other Democrat Senators knew?
From Eric Dondero:
And here it is... Breaking this morning from, who else, "libertarian" Tucker Carlson and his cracker-jack investigative team at
TheDailyCaller. ("In Menendez saga, prostitute fingers wealthy Dominican politician as sex-party participant").
Amazing new revelations, including an allegation by one of the prostitutes that Menendez associate, and Melgen friend Vinicio “Vinicito” Castillo Seman, who owned the yacht where many of the sex parties, (allegedly) took place, may have "threatened" the girls to keep their silence.
Also, a second confirmation that one of the girls, indeed, was under the age of 18.
But from a strictly political standpoint, this may be the most damaging and far-reaching new piece of information:
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) reimbursed Melgen for the use of his private jet during that 2010 trip, which Federal Aviation Administration records show began in Atlanta on May 14 at 8:02 p.m., a few hours after Menendez delivered a keynote address to the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials.
A cover-up at the DSCC? How many other Democrat US Senators may this now entangle? How many Democrat Senate candidates, particularly those receiving donations from Melgen, knew of the origins of the campaign dollars?
Here's some of the Democrat Senators who were up for reelection or were elected for the first time, with significant DSCC funding of course, in the 2012 cycle:
Jon Tester, Montana
Elizabeth Warren, Massachusetts
Heidi Heitkamp, Missouri
Debbie Stabenow, Michigan
Claire McCaskill, Missouri
Tom Kaine, Virginia
Bill Nelson, Florida
Tom Carper, Delaware
Kristen Gillibrand, New York
Bob Casey, Pennsylvania
Sharrod Brown, Ohio
Amy Klobuchar, Minnesota
Maria Cantwell, Washington State
Note - None of these Senators have been implicated - yet - in any wrongdoing. And the listing of their names here, is purely speculation - at this time - on our part.
But goddamned if it isn't fun. This is going to be a very, very interesting week for Menendez Scandal junkies, no doubt. (Photo credit - Zimbio)

So when did the DSCC make the payment, and who was the chair at the time. I know I'd sure love to see Up-Chuck Schumer in squirm mode over this stuff.
