Paul appeared on ‘State of the Union’ with Candy Crowley on Sunday morning, via video call. The host asked him to talk about the 2014 U.S. Senate race in his home state. Crowley played part of the American Crossroads ad that criticized Judd for being an “Obama-following radical Hollywood liberal” and asked the Senator if the early ad signaled that McConnell is in trouble. “Is he, at this point, looking weak?” she asked. “You know, when I heard Ashley Judd might run for office, I thought maybe it was Parliament, since she lives in Scotland half of the year,” Paul joked.Editor's note - Judd is a prospective Democrat candidate for US Senate - KY.
