Texas State Rep. introduces bill to jail Fed Agents who attempt to seize guns

From Eric Dondero:

An innovative strategy to thwart Obama's gun confiscation efforts.

WOAI News Radio out of San Antonio reports:
A Texas lawmaker says he plans to file the Firearms Protection Act, which would make any federal laws that may be passed by Congress or imposed by Presidential order which would ban or restrict ownership of semi-automatic firearms or limit the size of gun magazines illegal in the state, 1200 WOAI news reports.

Republican Rep. Steve Toth says his measure also calls for felony criminal charges to be filed against any federal official who tries to enforce the rule in the state.

"If a federal official comes into the state of Texas to enforce the federal executive order, that person is subject to criminal prosecution," Toth told 1200 WOAI's Joe Pags Tuesday. He says his bill would make attempting to enforce a federal gun ban in Texas punishable by a $50,000 fine and up to five years in prison.

Toth says he will file his measure after speaking with the state's Republican Attorney General, Greg Abbott, who has already vowed to fight any federal measures which call for restrictions on weapons possession.
Just Breaking...

The White House has responded to the petition filed calling for Texas to peacefully secede from the United States with a stern No. Over 125,000 signatures were signed on the official White House website.

I think men in the states who don't have reps who do this need to band together and make sure that if a gun grabber shows up, at the door or through the mail, that we band together and protect each others' rights. If it's a simple bureaucrat and a letter, we need to show up with tar and feathers and a suggestion that he rescind his letters from his office and official title. He may not understand the constitution, which is the whyfor of an, initially, friendly visit. For armed officers, we need to help them understand what Custer felt, right after he realized just how many there were. And we have to be ready for whatever happens.

If we don't nip this in the bud, in absolutes, right from the start, we are undone. But we need to find a way to oust Obama, and the rest of the gang of idiots. We cannot depend on a Supreme Court that already declared something unconstitutional and let it become law anyway. But, if we do that, we should also end the 19th and require voters be 25 and taxpayers. Fix this thing, now, all at once.
