All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for their peace, safety, happiness and the protection of property. For the advancement of these ends, they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may deem proper. -- Kentucky Bill of Rights

I think having a monarch is what we fought the American Revolution over and someone who wants to bypass the Constitution, bypass Congress -- that's someone who wants to act like a king or a monarch." Under Bush 2?
God Bless Constitutional Federalist Rand Paul.
He stood nearly alone when Republicans and Democrats gave each other a group hug and voted to give Obama the power to jail Americans without a trial.
Rand Paul 2016...as of now, he is my guy for POTUS.
Would like to see him paired, in terms of a VP, with someone like Gov. Sandoval of Nevada, Gov. Martinez of New Mexico or maybe even Florida Sen. Rubio.
