Five Finalists for Hottest Female Politician in the World

by Clifford F. Thies

Based on readers' votes, some of which were communicated directly to the editors, we have five finalists for Hottest Female Politician of 2013:
Sethrida Geagea, Lebanon. (Photo below). This Christian Arab was born in Ghana, and is today a MP and the leader of the right-wing Lebanon Forces party. When Syria invaded Lebanon and disbanded the Lebanon Forces party and arrested her husband, she worked to free her husband, reorganize her party and restore her country's sovereignty.

Yuri Fujikawa, Japan. Described as "too pretty to be a politician," she is affiliated with the (center-right) Liberal Democratic Party, although technically she is an independent. She was the top vote-getter for city council, and has since gained national attention. Not since Junichiro Koizumi infused personality and pizzazz into Japanese politics, has there been anybody like Yuri Fukikawa.

Sarah Palin, US. John McCain's surprise selection as his running-mate in 2008, Sarah Palin has worked to shake things up in the Republican Party, supporting Tea Party candidates all across the nation. As Governor of Alaska, she took on the corrupt, old boys network within her party, and reached out to members of minor parties. She combines a gorgeous smile, good looks, terrific figure, effervescent personality and love of the outdoors.

Mara Rosaria Carfagna, Italy. A model and television personality before entering politics, this lawyer is an MP and served in the cabinet of former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi as minister of equal opportunity. She is a member of the (center-right) People of Freedom Party. As a politician, her focus has been on crime and legal and constitutional issues. Liberty, she says, depends not on independence, but on rules and discipline.

Alina Kabeava, Russia. (Top photo). Before entering politics, Alina Kabeava was a rhythmic gymnast, one of the greatest ever, with two Olympic and 25 world championship medals. Born in Uzbekistan, of Russian and Tartar parents, she is a member of the (right-wing) United Russia Party. Perhaps based on nothing more than her good lucks and his larger-than-life personality, rumors spread that Kabeava and Vladimir Putin were having an affair and even that Putin would leave his wife to marry her.
Shout out to the Senior LR Editor from the LR Editor - Cliff, how in the hell do you expect us to choose? They're all absolutely gorgeous! Barbara Mikulski they ain't.

Where do these women come from?

Alina Kabeava: While she is drop dead Sexy. United Russia Party is...not Libertarian. They want the authority of the Soviet state with none of the draw backs.

Yuri Fujikawa: WOW that woman is going to be Prime Minster some day. Defiantly a top tier choice!

Sethrida Geagea: Certainly gorgeous, but it sounds like she has a lot of weight on her shoulders. It should help build her character.

Sarah Palin: If there can be only One she would be my choice. Often Mistaken for a Conservative, in truth she is as Libertarian as they come, as You on this Blog have pointed out many times.

She is Hot, She is Libertarian, She is Blue Collar, She is Electable!

United Russia Party is Libertarian on legalization of prostitution, if I remember correctly.

Well, I will admit that unlike certain Political parties here in the United States (or any Party that has "Labor" in it) at least the United Russia Party doesn't purposely seek the destruction of their currency and culture.

Not sure if legalisation of prostitution is their platform; but one of their deputires called for it:

I'l vote Kabeava.

I still like Sarah. Any chick that can shoot is ok in my book.

Am I allowed to throw my wife into the mix?

She helped me petition one day. Can't say she's ever expressed an interest in running for office. But she does want to vote Republican when she gets her citizenship.

So, my vote goes to Xiao yan Li.

Um, Forgive me for keeping up with your wife Eric, but I thought her name was Shandra.

Please forgive my ignorance, I truly mean no offense.

But, if you vote for her you would just be throwing away your vote, at least that is what GOP-E tells me when I vote for the Libertarian Candidate and/or a Libertarian Republican.

Yuri Fujikawa. I would vote for Palin, but honestly, she's getting long in the tooth. And you can't beat an Asian chick. OofAH!!
