OK, so since when has Obama's NDAA stance mattered to this website? I thought it was a nothing issue.

What Eric said. For the record, I am registered as a libertarian and I don't like the NDAA, Patriot Act, TSA and DHS.
Jim is right: NDAA, the abolishing of the writ against habeaus corpus is big.

Okay, great. Jim is right. Now when is Nader going to get around to opposing seat belt laws and lowering the drinking age? Then, I'll be impressed.
I feel the same way about the ACLU and the second amendment.
