Elections have consequences, and for Obama voters in Arizona, the results mean they are no longer welcome at the Southwest Shooting Authority in Pinetop, Ariz., Todd Starnes reported on Friday. “If you voted for Barack Obama your business is not welcome at Southwest Shooting Authority,” says an ad by business owner Cope Reynolds. “You have proven that you are not responsible enough to own a firearm.” According to Fox, Reynolds is serious about the policy. “I’m a small business owner,” he told Fox. “If you are dumb enough to vote for Obama again – after four years of this — I don’t think you are responsible enough to own a firearm. I don’t care who it makes mad.”Continuing:
Reynolds told Fox News that while they have been "deluged" with supportive calls from across the country, liberals have reacted with “vile, rude, and hateful comments.” “I hate it because my 17-year-old son answers the phone and they light into him,” Reynolds told Fox News. “They call us stupid rednecks and racist.” "The family has also received two death threats," Starnes reported, but they are well armed and well prepared. “We’re able to wear our guns in Arizona and we wear on 24-7,” Reynolds said. “We train regularly.” The policy is somewhat reminiscent of something posted by Eric Dondero Rittberg at the Libertarian Republican. "Starting early this morning, I am going to un-friend every single individual on Facebook who voted for Obama, or I even suspect may have Democrat leanings," he wrote. "I will do the same in person. All family and friends, even close family and friends, who I know to be Democrats are hereby dead to me. I vow never to speak to them again for the rest of my life, or have any communications with them. They are in short, the enemies of liberty. They deserve nothing less than hatred and utter contempt."
