From Eric Dondero:
There has been no press release issued by CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), since the San Diego Union-Tribune and other media yesterday, reported that the murder of an Iraqi woman was not likely to be a hate crime, but rather evidence was pointing to family members, and perhaps even a Muslim honor killing.
Sadaf T. Hane, Civil Rights Director for the Council on American-Islamic Relations in San Diego, was a guest on MSNBC one week ago:
"It's a tragedy that this Iraqi woman came here for a better life... was victim to such violence... This is the most violent crime committed against an American Muslim in our community"Note the interviewer compares the El Cajon murder to the Trayvon Martin case.
