He's increasingly "marginalized""The right wing base of the Republican party, I'm part of that right wing base, is not in love with the issue of birthers. I mean, there is an element inside the Republican party, and outside the Republican party, that's fallen in love with this but the majority of Republicans and the vast majority of Americans accept is he a U.S. citizen capable of being president.42% of Americans now want Obama to prove his eligibility
You know, the troubling thing in the interview tonight was he said as time has gone on here, over the last couple of weeks, he has become more interested and more believing in the issue. You know, when he first brought it up, he said 'of course I accept that he's a citizen. He ought to just release the, release his birth certificate.' Different tone tonight. This is a mistake. It will marginalize him and he's falling into Barack Obama's trap. Barack Obama wants Republicans to fall into this trap because he knows it discredits us with the vast majority of the American people when they do."
Yet another survey has come out showing that a majority of Americans want Obama to show his birth certificate. "Half of those surveyed said they believe these questions about Obama's legitimacy as president are either troubling or should be satisfied by Obama. In fact, more people want Obama to prove his legitimacy – 42 percent – than believe that the lingering questions are not valid – 32 percent," Wenzel said. The poll was conducted March 15 - 17 with "1,095 respondents, was conducted March 15-17 and carries a confidence interval of 95 percent and a margin of error of +/- 2.93 percentage points."
The survey showed 41.9 percent say Obama should prove his birth story, including 60.9 percent of independents, 58.6 percent of Republicans and 13.2 percent of Democrats.
Another 7.9 percent say the questions are troubling.
Only 26 percent strongly opposed the release of the records. Nearly 50 percent strongly favored release and another 17 percent said the president should release the records.

From Eric Dondero:A bill that would effectively ban all red-light running cameras in Florida – reversing a law passed just last year – cleared its first hurdle Tuesday afternoon.Vicki Kirkland, Chair of the Libertarian Party of Florida Chair, said this morning:Senate Bill 672, which is sponsored by Sen. Rene Garcia, R-Hialeah [photo], squeaked through the Transportation Committee on a 4 to 2 vote. However, its chances of actually becoming law are far from assured.
At least two of the Republicans on the committee who voted for the bill said they are supportive of the cameras, and only voted to move the bill along because they thought it deserved further hearing.
"We are proud of the hundreds of our members who contacted their state legislators and members of the transportation committee to move this legislation forward. There is a growing wave of opposition to the cameras by citizens for both safety and constitutional reasons and it is inspiring to know we are having a positive impact."Dickey adds:
The Libertarian Party of Florida does not condone drivers to run red lights at intersections and encourages local governments to make intersections safer by extending the yellow light by one second and increasing the time from red to green for cross traffic. The Libertarian Party is urging Florida libertarians to contact their legislators. Liberal activist group Wants 5 Towns abolished because they don't have Black elected officials The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus filed a lawsuit Monday against the state of Georgia seeking to dissolve the city charters of Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Milton and Chattahoochee Hills. Further, the lawmakers, joined by civil rights leader the Rev. Joseph Lowery, aim to dash any hopes of a Milton County.Karen Richardson, an African-American, is one of two elected Libertarian Party members serving in Georgia on town councils.
Civil rights leader the Rev. Joseph Lowery is among the plaintiffs, who claim the state circumvented the typical legislative process in creating “super-majority white neighborhoods.”The lawsuit, filed in a North Georgia U.S. District Court Monday, claims that the state circumvented the normal legislative process and set aside its own criteria when creating the “super-majority white ” cities within Fulton and DeKalb counties. The result, it argues, is to dilute minority votes in those areas, violating the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution.
“This suit is based on the idea that African Americans and other minorities can elect the people of their choice,” said Democratic State Sen. Vincent Fort.

by Clifford F. ThiesHerman Cain has drawn fire from a Muslim advocacy group after he slammed Sharia law and the spread of the Muslim faith in America. For the CAIR, Herman Cain is a bigot because he says he would not appoint a Muslim to the cabinet if he were to be elected President.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) accused Cain of "bigoted speech" after the Atlanta businessman told a blogger that he would not appoint a Muslim to his cabinet or as a federal judge if
elected president.
Asked whether there would be a place for a Muslim appointee in Cain's administration, Cain flatly said "No."
And, what about the genocide occurring in majority Muslim countries against Christians and other religious minorities, what do we call that? What's fair is fair. If "not appoint" is such an awful thing, what about behead, stone, assassinate, and bomb? Having a double-standard, whereby any shortcoming of a non-Muslim is condemned and there is no cooperation with law enforcement against terrorism perpetrated by Muslims is not conducive to mutual dialogue and respect. I'll speak as a Christian on this point. A Christian is to correct a brother with lovingkindness. Correcting another "with the edge of a sword" may be how Muslims are supposed to correct their co-religionists, but when you're in a majority Christian country, it is proper that you abide by the manners of that place.

The absence of a Libertarian Party in New Hampshire means that the College Libertarians cannot connect with Libertarian politicians, he said.
Abercrombie cover-up: "I think this guy should be investigated"Continued:"Now, this guy either has a birth certificate or he doesn't," Trump said. "And I didn't think this was such a big deal, but I will tell you, it's turning out to be a very big deal because people now are calling me from all over saying, please don't give up on this issue."
Trump's insistence that he's being encouraged to continue on his birther crusade has led to what he says is the startling revelation that, "all of a sudden, a lot of facts are emerging and I'm starting to wonder myself whether or not [Obama] was born in this country."
Trump also called for Hawaii Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie to be investigated for stating that he - as a friend of the president's parents - remembers Obama's birth "I think this guy should be investigated."

McCafferty's husband, John, planned to file for an injunction in Chancery Court to prevent DelDOT from coming back for the hoop. He didn't do it soon enough.
Hours later, DelDOT and police returned to finish the job, warning they would arrest McCafferty if she tried to climb the pole again. The McCaffertys protested from their front lawn in a chaotic scene that was recorded by a News Journal videographer. It was too late.

From Eric Dondero:In February the East End, a neighborhood where many gays live but that is fast becoming a Muslim enclave, began being papered with stickers. They depicted a rainbow flag placed within a black circle and crossed out by a diagonal black line on which were printed the words “Gay free zone.” And they featured two quotations from the Koran. One of them read: “Arise and warn.” The other: “And fear Allah; verily Allah is severe in punishment.”Note - Bruce Bawer is the Author of "While the West Slept: The Rise of Radical Islam in Western Europe." It’s no coincidence that as the East End has become more Muslim, the number of gay-bashings has risen sharply and steadily.

Cut off the Ear of the Christian Apt. building OwnerOn Sunday, March 20 [Ayman Anwar] Mitri was informed by a friend via a phone call at 4 AM that the flat where the Muslim sisters lived was on fire; he went to the flat. While waiting in the torched flat a Muslim named Alaa el Sunni came and berated him for renting his flat to prostitutes. "I tried to calm him down," said Mr. Mitri, "and told him I knew nothing about the two women since they came through an agent." Alaa suggested they would go somewhere quiet to clear the misunderstanding. They went to the flat of Mr. Mitri's friend Khaled, a policeman, where 12 Muslims were waiting for him. They started beating him and saying "We will teach you a lesson, Christian" and "This serves your right for renting your property to prostitutes."They claimed they were doing it in accordance with Sharia Law.
Muslim ideology spreading at a "rapid pace"Islam is a totalitarian ideology. Islamic Shariah law supervises every detail of life. Islam is not compatible with our Western way of life. Islam is a threat to our values. Respect for people who think otherwise, the equality of men and women, the equality of homosexuals and heterosexuals, respect for Christians, Jews, unbelievers and apostates, the separation of church and state, freedom of speech, they are all under pressure because of islamization.More information GeertWilders.nl
Europe is islamizing at a rapid pace. Many European cities have large islamic concentrations. In some neighbourhoods, Islamic regulations are already being enforced. Women's rights are being trampled. We are confronted with headscarves and burqa's, polygamy, female genital mutilation, honour-killings. "In each one of our cities" says Oriana Fallaci, "there is a second city, a state within the state, a government within the government. A Muslim city, a city ruled by the Koran." - End of quote.
Ladies and gentlemen, make no mistake: The multiculturalist Left is facilitating islamization. Leftist multiculturalists are cheering for every new shariah bank, for every new islamic school, for every new mosque. Multiculturalists consider Islam as being equal to our own culture. Shariah law or democracy? Islam or freedom? It doesn't really matter to them. But it does matter to us. The entire leftist elite is guilty of practising cultural relativism. Universities, churches, trade unions, the media, politicians. They are all betraying our hard-won liberties.

From Eric Dondero:BISMARCK, N.D. — Backers of a constitutional amendment to abolish North Dakota property taxes believe they have enough petition signatures to put the idea on the ballot, even though the number they thought they needed has risen. The coalition of activists included, the Libertarian Party of ND, Taxpayer Rights groups, Tea Party groups based in Williston and Grand Forks, Christian Right conservatives, and a cadre of stridently individualist Cowboy and Bikers from Valley City.
The proposed amendment's supporters delivered almost 1,000 petitions, bearing what they said were more than 27,800 names, to Secretary of State Al Jaeger's office Friday.Jaeger has until April 29 to review the documents and determine whether there are enough names to qualify for the ballot. If the signature goal is met, the amendment would go to a statewide vote in June 2012.
"It's a new idea. It's something a lot of people hadn't even considered until we put it in front of them," said Charlene Nelson, of Casselton, who is chairwoman of the initiative campaign. The Amendment if passed would force the legislators in Bismark to use other revenue sources, rather than property taxes. But the State currently has an approximate $2.6 billion budget surplus, largely as a result of oil revenues from taxes on oil production in northwestern ND.

Marijuana Legalization still at the top of his AgendaFox News has learned the former Governor of New Mexico will announce his candidacy, for President of the United States in late April. Johnson insiders say he will bypass the exploratory stage, announce his candidacy and immediately travel to New Hampshire sometime after tax day, April 15.And he's not backing down on his drug war stance.Strategists say his libertarian approach to GOP politics may prove very popular in the Granite State, whose motto is "Live Free or Die."
He does not see his stand on issues like marijuana legalization as detriments to a potential GOP nominee. "It's just one in a series of cost-benefits. What are we spending our money on and what are we getting for the money we're spending. Half of the money we're spending on the courts and law enforcement and prisons is drug related. And what are we getting for that? Well, we're arresting 1.8-million people a year in this country, which is just staggering when you considering the population of New Mexico is 1.8-million."

It was written in their Qu'ran, that all nations which had not acknowledged the Prophet were sinners, whom it was the right and duty of the faithful to plunder and enslave; and that every Muslim who was slain in this warfare was sure to go to paradise. He said, also, that the man who was the first to board a vessel had one slave over and above his share, and that when they sprang to the deck of an enemy's ship, every sailor held a dagger in each hand and a third in his mouth; which usually struck such terror into the foe that they cried out for quarter at once -- Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja to Thomas Jefferson and John Adams in London, 1885 (original doc. mem.loc)
