An intellectually weak, politically feckless RINO called George Herbert Walker Bush failed miserably to connect with the Conservative base.
The success of Ross Perot is a result of, not the cause of Bush's failure. If not for GHWB's sad record and even more pathetic candidacy, Perot would never have stood a freaking chance.
GHWB gave us Clinton. Liberalism in the RINOcracy gave us Clinton.
