Libertarian comedian/bartender runs for Mayor of Lancaster, Pennsylvania

From Eric Dondero:

Meet Pete Ruggieri. He's aiming to be Lancaster's new Mayor.

From Lancasteronline.com:
Ruggieri will not have the backing of a major political party. Officially, Ruggieri is running as an independent in Pennsylvania, which does not recognize third parties. Unofficially, he is running as a Libertarian.
His platform is to bring downtown back to life, appealing to the under 40 crowd. He's well-known around town as "evil Pete," for runing a satirical website skewering local politicians.

According to Johngy's Beat:
Ruggieri is the founder of 505, a social network in the Lancaster (PA) area. As the 505 site states, "Done work at 5, at the bar by 5:05."

The Lancaster 505 Happy Hour Club is about socializing and networking. There is no pressure, no dues, no rigid rules. While they are concerned with having fun and updates on the world of bacon and other shenanigans, the business benefits are undeniable
Continuing from Lancasteronline:
During his daily life, Ruggieri crosses paths with many people, he said. He works as a bartender at Hot Z Pizza near Columbia. He also is self-employed selling Sprint cellphone plans to businesses. He's a on-call bartender at Clipper Magazine Stadium, does merchandising for a third-party contractor in stores and does stand-up comedy.

Pennsylvania doesn't recognize minor parties? Well, that's something we shall have to remedy, isn't it?
