Pink Floyd "The Wall" remix - The Iranian Freedom Revolution

From Cliff Thies:

AP at Yahoo News indicates the rock group Blurred Vision featured two Iranians, got permission for Pink Floyd's founder, and all proceeds go to Amnesty INternational.
NEW YORK – The Pink Floyd rock music classic "Another Brick in the Wall" has been transformed by a Canadian band to reflect dissent young Iranians have for their government.

The song replaces the teacher reference with "Hey, Ayatollah, leave those kids alone!" It's performed by a Toronto-based rock band fronted by two Iranian brothers called Blurred Vision. It's been seen by more than 160,000 viewers on YouTube.

Pink Floyd founder Roger Waters gave Blurred Vision permission to use the song. Proceeds will go to Amnesty International.

The irony is that the original "Another Brick in the Wall" was released in the year that the Ayatollah Revolution occurred.

The irony is that leftwing libertarians like you Lofo could give a flying fuck about freedom movements worldwide. You basically say to freedom fighters like Iranian Youth or Iraqis fighting against Saddam Hussein or South Vietnamese fighting against Communists or Central Americans fighting against Communists, a big "Fuck You."

Wrong as usual, Dondero.

I just don't care either way and it is not a concern to AMERICA whether small countries like Cuba or Vietnam are ruled by Communists, or whether Iran has an Islamist or secular government (as long as it isn't threatening America).

I care about the freedom of Amerians, first and foremost, and the biggest threat to our freedom is our government. But nevertheless, you describe me as "leftwing", even though actual leftists adore the government. Dumbass.
